Destigmatizing Food Assistance Campaign

The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Centers for Youth & Families/ Office of Food Access, 1 City Hall Square, Room 806, Boston, MA 02201, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, herby invites written proposals that can design and launch a citywide campaign focused on destigmatizing and normalizing the conversation about applying for food assistance or participating in food emergency and safety net programs.

Written proposals will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Destigmatizing Food Assistance Campaign.

Proposals shall be submitted before 5:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday, October 29, 2021, and

opened forthwith.

SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Tuesday, October 12, 2021, after

9:00 AM Boston time.
