Parks Fitness: Fusion Fit (HIIT and yoga) with Jacqui
This combination of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Vinyasa Yoga will give you an exciting, challenging and fun full body workout!
HIIT is a cardio session arranged in short bursts of very hard work. There will be quick pauses to catch your breath before moving right into the next exercise. After working up a good burn, we will shift our focus into Vinyasa Yoga, which will lengthen and relax any remaining tension or tightness in the body. It also activates your parasympathetic nervous system — which is responsible for slowing down your heart rate, conserving energy, and will help put your mind at ease. At the very end of class, we will all surrender to Savasana.
