If you're applying for a temporary extension of premise, you have a couple of different options:
Before you get started by email or fax
Please give us your application and documents at least two weeks before your event so we can meet the state’s Open Meeting Law.
Depending on your situation, you may need to give us some other documents with your application, including:
- floor plans if you are making your location bigger, and
- permits from other agencies if your work affects public property.
Complete the application
Fill out the one-day amendment form. If you plan to email the application, you save the completed form to your desktop.
Email or fax your info to us
Email your application and documents to LicensingBoard@boston.gov.
