Project Goals
The Mayor’s Housing Innovation Lab, Department of Neighborhood Development, Boston Society of Architects (BSA), and Garrison Trotter Neighborhood Association completed a Housing Innovation Competition. DREAM Collaborative has been tentatively designated to develop a 12 unit building. The goal is to address rising housing prices and create more “work force” housing by exploring creative design solutions, including compact living, that reduce development cost.
