Daniella LeBlanc

BERDO Fellow

Daniella executes projects and formulates strategies contributing to the City of Boston’s initiative to reach carbon neutrality by 2050. This work is focused on the implementation of the Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure Ordinance (BERDO) which requires building owners to report annual energy and water use and to meet an emissions performance standard. She conducts outreach to building owners, and gives those reporting the tools they need to come into compliance.

Along with working in the Environment Department, Daniella is an undergraduate student at Suffolk University.  She is double majoring in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Urban Environmentalism, and in Political Science with a concentration in Law and Public Policy.

Daniella lives in Jamaica Plain and in her free time enjoys reading, cycling, and walking in the Arboretum and other local parks.
