    The Zoning Commission of the City of Boston (“Zoning Commission”) hereby gives notice, in accordance with Chapter 665 of the Acts of 1956, as amended, that a public hearing will be held on July 11, 2018, at 9:00 AM, in Room 900, Boston City Hall, in connection with Text Amendment Application No. 483, filed by the Boston Redevelopment Authority d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency.

    Said amendment would amend Article 80, Development Review and Approval, by increasing the Housing Contribution Grant and Jobs Contribution Grant to nine dollars and three cents ($9.03) and one dollar and seventy-eight cents ($1.78) per square foot respectively.

    A copy of the amendment may be viewed at the office of the Zoning Commission, Room 952, Boston City Hall, between 9 AM and 5 PM any day except Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.

  2. 9:15 a.m.: Text Amendment Application No. 482 Map Amendment Application No. 709 South Boston IPOD Extension of Time

    The Zoning Commission of the City of Boston (“Zoning Commission”) hereby gives notice, in accordance with Chapter 665 of the Acts of 1956, as amended, that a public hearing will be held on July 11, 2018, at 9:15 AM, in Room 900, Boston City Hall, in connection with Text Amendment Application No. 482 and Map Amendment Application No. 709, filed by the Boston Redevelopment Authority d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency.

    Said amendments would extend the South Boston Interim Planning Overlay District (“IPOD”), Article 27S, for a period of one year from the current expiration date of July 12, 2018.

    The Zoning Commission of the City of Boston (“Zoning Commission”) hereby gives notice, in accordance with Chapter 665 of the Acts of 1956, as amended, that a public hearing will be held on July 11, 2018, at 9:30 AM, in Room 900, Boston City Hall, in connection with a petition for the Third Amendment to the Second Amended and Restated Development Plan for 49, 51 and 63 Melcher Street within Planned Development Area No. 69, The 100 Acres/South Boston (“Third Amendment”), filed by the Boston Redevelopment Authority d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency.

    Said Third Amendment would modify the basement space at 63 Melcher Street from 2,695 gross square feet to 3,543 gross square feet, an increase of 848 gross square feet.
